Come to find out that the Liberal Kenworth didn't even have the parts to fix my truck, so I am now on my way to NJ trying to stay ahead of this storm.

Well, our load was ready at 1700, but it's an export load and it took until 2330 for the govt man to come in and sign the papers.
Headed out at 0500 this morning, and just barely skirted the storm in NE. Starting to snow pretty good north of the 80, but now it's all rain in KS. It's 39 degrees, so here's hoping! -
Well, finally got out of SoCal. It was great mileage coming across the Mojave, but once I dropped down Cajon...phew! Now I know what riding a bull must be like!
Got up to Salinas and loaded, now heading back to Cheyenne. Over Donner...God willing and the snow don't fall (more!).
The best part of the trip was driving from Long Beach to the Grapevine with an empty.
Don't try this at home.

A sign of a person who will not make it as a truck driver. Expects everypone else to jump when he needs something. There are many ways for you to find the answer just like there are many ways to get from shipper to reciever. It is up to you to do the research and pick the best route.
