    It's actually much easier than you think. Simply read the whole thread and repeat after me:

    "Section 391.23 of the FMCSRs says that
    The company you apply to (stop and think)

    must investigate (stop and think)
    information from previous jobs (stop and think)

    that employed you to operate a CMV (stop and think)
    within the previous three years."

    Come on now, read it out loud.

    LOL! I get tired of know-it-all truckers. Irritates the heck out of me. they're one of the reasons I don't even bother hooking my cb up anymore.

    But I guess all that really matters is that I found what I was looking for when I started this thread. Now I know for sure.
