    The plurality of fatal crashes (31.3%) occur between 6 AM and Noon. Only 17.2% of crashes occur between Midnight and 6 AM. So the 34 being around Midnight and 6 AM is crap and there is no purpose.

    When I rear then reread Hoffa's comments about change I firmly believe(seeing that the gill is in "stall mode" has a "stimilas package " feel to it

    No matter how the change goes I hope it is exposed for all what it entails

    when Dems write bills and a DEM President signs it into law it can only be a Spend more money bill"
