I WILL post the names of those responsible! Anyone in this business making decisions involving a drivers welfare and career by being intentionally malicious and irresponsible with their actions and duties should be called out for the crappy mgr's they are. Deal with it, believe me my friend as soon as you stand up for yourself they'll turn on you too! You'll see in time .

You want me to dissect where Mojo went wrong? Let me adjust my chair...
You are NOT assigned a trainer until you clear orientation, medical, and background. So firstly, a first day arrival student will not have a division trainer. He's either making the scenario up, or he misunderstood. If he isn't making it up, it means that in those four days, he didn't have the stones to speak up.
Secondly, you are NOT guaranteed to train in your PREFERRED division...hense, why it's called a preference. Prime isn't Job Corps. They are not REQUIRED to put you in a certain division for training because you PREFER it. After your training is done, there is a chance to get back to your preferred division. There aren't too many flatbed trainers so you may have to pull a reefer for awhile.
Finally, you have two separate occasions on your pre-employment paperwork after you arrive to indicate where your PREFERENCE is.
If this is what the recruiter supposedly said, then it's a far cry from Prime policy on driver training that's posted right on their website.Go to a new company -- jump straight into a lease before you get familiar with the FMs, load opportunities, and operations. That's always smart...
Then again, I realize that a "noob" actually being proactive and thorough is a bit offensive to those who don't have a skeptical mind.
Do I really need to continue?
[Edited for clarification] -
Start by learning how to comprehend what you read. Again your quick to jump in with all the answers. He has 2 years. He never said he was to get a trainer. Orientation then bootcamp securement then HIS truck not on a trainers truck....
