Depends if you are doing NE regional its not a sliding scale only there OTR is sliding scale. We had them at my school on wed and i talked to a driver there he was a OTR driver and he was averaging 3200 miles a week. another i know is a regional doing NE and he was averaging 2800 miles a week. so it all depends on how you go about things.

For now I am going to go OTR. As long as I make $600 a week gross I will be happy.

USX has a sliding pay scale and pays more for shorter runs. I was told I would get around 2500 miles a wk solo. Right now drivers are getting a 2200. Was also told it depended on me as to how many miles I got.

It also depends on your FM. My first one was horrible. The second one not as horrible, but not great. I switched to teams and saw my income almost triple.
