    What health insurance does WS have? Name of insurance company? Do they offer PPO plan?

    BCBS of Montana. There's also a savings plan you can join. Not sure exactly how it works

    what he ^^ said! It's a PPO...dental part kinda bites...only Preferred dentists are in Montana. The "savings plan" is a flexible spending account. Your first year they put in 500.00, use it to get reimbursed for co-pays, deductibles, prescriptions, etc. If you stay in the same plan then every year W/S contributes the 500. You also have the option of contributing yourself under the other plans, up to a certain amount, pre-tax. Keep in mind though that its a use it or lose it. You don't get the unused portion back at the end of the year, standard practice for flex accounts.

    Huntinfool. Thanks. That's what I needed to know. As log as it isn't some 'managed health care' like Cig** . Or trash outfit like Kai*** Per******.
    AXE. I am familiar with Flex spending. But REALLY.......... 'Dental plan kinda bites'!!!! WHEW. Well, we could chew on that one a while. But my store bought chompers don't need too much attention. They have far more miles in the 'garage' then in service anyway. THAT was the deciding factor. I WILL be at Orientation on the 3rd. Thanks again guys.:biggrin_255:
