You went to driving school that's why. I wouldn't doubt at all that your military experience helped you actually getting hired but without the school you they most likely wouldn't of looked at you.

No they wont. Seeing as I had one and experience prior to my 4 years and was told I HAD to take a refresher course of some sort even though I had my CDL and had experience. Yeah it helps being in the Military but thats not why you got the job. If you would not of gone to the school they would of told you that you have to before they would look at you.

Serious about the money part. Don't know the details or when it was posted.
The dollar figure piqued my interest till my daughter came in the room to give me a hug after school. Sorry Halliburton, she wins.Last edited: Dec 13, 2011
Speedloader and M915A4 Thank this. -
My oldest brother is retired Army with 3 tours in Iraq. Then he went back twice as a civilian contractor. He paid his house off, paid cash for a new pick up and and a Airstream camper, plus saved a bunch. My nephew come back this year from Afghanistan and paid cash for a new Camaro.
You can make some serious money as a civilian. -
