Bad Day On CA 60

i saw that on the new to. it looked like a pretty bad deal.

 

It's hard to second-guess a driver... But really? THAT'S where he decided to stop?

 

I guess he is a trainer and he was training the other guy on doubles...word is the smoke was coming from the brakes being locked Im almost positive the valves on the gladhands for the rear tanker were closed....Im stuck in the T/A didnt even try to make it outta here things should be calm by 1am where you at WCP come over here I will buy you a pizza..............

 

Stopping there probably turned a million dollar fire into a 10 million dollar fire...

 

Not to mention that it turned into a harder to fight fire as well.

 

Well thats going to make my day tomorrow interesting if it happens to be still shut down! Its good to hear at least from this article that no one was injured.

 

I know right that bridge is coming down...that explosion of the concrete has destabilized the entire structure from the inside out the cracks are deep its done I did concrete for 8 yrs prior to trucking...I dont want to hear any tax payer money going to the rebuilding of it I be pissed!

 

yeah saw it on the news too....they said on the news that the tanker hit the bridge... glad they got out safe...

 

Thats what the news said uh? Im impressed they would make up such a blatant lie and then have the guts to say it on national TV if they don't know what happened they should not make cheet up! Makes me wonder what other "news" are made up....
