Thanks DTB, i had forgot that they have bunk heaters for the winter time, but what if your bunk heater fails to keep you toasty, you should be able to idle then, but the truck is set to cut off after a minute or 2 of idleing so i guess you will have to freeze your butt off until you can get to a terminal.:biggrin_25510:

You call RA. And you tell them that they need to get you to a repair facility. And keep an eye on the outside temps. They will get you a hotel if it is gonna get cold. But I don't know what their definition of "cold" is. I know that U2 had a HUGE problem last year (-25F in Fargo, ND? YUCK). The only way that bunk heater won't keep you toasty is if it is broken. That thing is powerful.

There are ways around the anti idle system if it becomes needed, atleast on my truck

this has been a huge fight on here. ALot of trucks there is no way around it. With mine the only way is to set trlr brakes and release tractor brakes.

Speaking of teaming, since this is what this thread is all about i don't care for teaming either, but i know it is needed as far as training goes. That's the only way to get prime to trust you enough to let you drive one of there trucks on your own.:yes2557:
