We try to move him down the road to the rest area, or the next TS...which isn't too far. Depends on which direction he is going, East or West.

Rules are still in effect as far as I know.
West Memphis truckstops are for fuel only, in and out.
Company drivers taking HOS breaks are supposed to park at the drop yard. Or plan accordingly to break before or after passing thru W. Memphis.
FM can give you the location code to run a macro 19 for directions. -
i never heard that rule
-
Safety and Security send out a fleetwide message about once every 6 months.
Fleet managers are supposed to remind you if you have a delivery there. -
eh, i haven't been here that long. and i kinda like stopping there.

UGH what's w/ the QC deadzone on I-84 in NY.

Didn't they tell ya? There's an alien contraption up there that eats QC signals!
Munch, chomp, mmmm!
IIRC, they had Atlanta on the "park in the drop yard" list too. Use your air cuff. It may not totally prevent a theft, but it'll slow 'em down and perhaps they'll move onto something easier.
Lexington NE, at the WallyWorld. -
still in Ontario CA. Did a local drop from the Fontana drop yard. Tyson screwed the dog, extra pallet of one thing, missing another. Got 36 cases of tyson wings & the headshead can't tell us where this pallet goes. Lost Preplan to Indiana, so screwed at TA East Ontario.
