Your not going to change any hp level without either the factory password or a working keygen. Cat flash files are pretty easy to get, it's getting a good working keygen that will do reason 5 that's hard.

 

Mr.Haney is the guy to get ahold of. He's not going to give you the tools to do it but he's got everything to make an older E run. I've heard he's got a good running 600hp modded flash file for an E I'm sure he would be glad to stick in your ECM. Then of course there's aftermarket when the stock cat files isn't enough.

 

A pro-link cannot change the horsepower per say but it can change the rating of the engine. If its available in the ecm

For example alot of 475hp will have 4 options

475hp & 1650 tq @ 1800 rpm
475hp & 1650 tq @ 2100 rpm
475hp & 1750 tq @ 1800 rpm
475hp & 1750 tq @ 2100 rpm
