My girlfriend and I just graduated from Roadmaster Drivers School in Fontana, Ca and now have our Class A with Doubles, Triples and Tankers. We are looking for a good company that will hire and train us together as recent grads. Does anyone know of good starting companies where teams have an advantage? Very important we train together. We do not want to be separated for weeks and/or months with different trainers.

    Thank you!!:biggrin_255:

I have heard of teams going right from school into an expedite straight truck driving for fleet owners leased to FedEx Custom Critical or Panther . No trainers . The 4th quarter is very slow for them though .

My company has a dedicated team operation that runs out of Houston,TX. It is drop and hook so no training is needed. You do have to have hazmat though...

Try CRST they are a all team company I think but you both will be with separate trainers and separate trucks of course, but after training you both can team up in the same truck. As for Panther they now do offer training for T/T but as the trainee you have to team with a driver who has 1 year exp and has been with Panther for 6 months I believe.
