    I'd say i'm about half right. And in my case, i play it safe, as it reflects on my csa and dmv. But like that old saying goes, when times get tough, i get callin on the tougher...

    35 to 40 grand a year is a lot better than unemployment!

    That's employee, not 1099 qualified. Period.

    On a 1099, it isn't. At least, not by the employer. The employee is supposed to send in quarterly based on an estimate from the previous years income (there is an option, I believe for paying annually, but I admit, I am not up on the ins and outs). But from what I'm seeing, this is not a job that qualifies for 1099, legally.

    Yeah med insurance sucks, but it did pay $38,000 towards my wife's helicopter evac & appendix emergency surgery:biggrin_25523: #### I could have saved $35 a week, what was I thinking?:biggrin_25526:
