Zink Inc MC#748965 DOT#2154314 STOLEN LOAD

Zink Inc was hired to move 4 generators for 16 feet of space, they were supposed to pick up on the 1st, but did not pick up until the 2nd late in the afternoon. We were not notified that these were taking up 38 feet of space until Monday. Load should never have loaded without prior authorization for the length, rate increase. Taking them back to VA or delivering to CA was going to cost double the amount. On the 16th, these generators actually showed up in CA, customer was finally able to verify that these were their product and took pictures. These generators were moved around from the original pictures and they could have been loaded side by side to only take up about 20 feet of space. $5000 was wired to Zink Inc prior to delivery so that customer could take possession of their generators. The generators did not deliver that day and still have not delivered as of 12/22/2011. This company's address comes back to a UPS store, not directly to them. There phone numbers come back to unknown people. PLEASE FOR YOUR OWN SANITY, DO NOT USE THEM YOU WILL REGRET IT IN THE END, BUT OUR END ISN'T EVEN DONE YET!!! The only way we can stop this kind of thing is to report it to anyone and everyone that we can possibly think of. Please let me know if there is any other places I can go to report this. Thank you! I have already reported them to Internet TS along with Transcore, GetLoaded and 123. Internet TS has a couple other complaints against Zink Inc also. Not a good company at all! Keep safe and thanks for your response.

We were given two numbers, 702-940-8073 for Luke and 702-992-0317 for Seth. The other number, 702-454-8000 goes to a casino for housekeeping....

Nothing is coming back to where they are associated with Uship either.
