    This all must be location. I had 4 offers right out of school, granted they are mega carriers, but just starting out I'm very happy with how they were all emailing and calling all the time to get me hired with them. I graduated on 12/30 and start on 01/08. I live in the NW and it seems quite busy. Going w/ Schneider.

    Call Wiley Sanders, they are a good company for a rookie to start with. Very forgiving of small, newbie mistakes. Major screw up is another story. They hire through out most of the southeast and northeast.
