r143,front parabolic springs , 4 point cab air suspension, unladen, normal profile tires -the distance between the ground and the floor is around 1500mm
on 2 series the height is lower with the couple of cm's cause of 2 point cab suspenssion

american coe from the 80 's have fixed steering column ,very big motor tunnels ,locomotive style entrance ,poor visibility and no cab suspension exept ford cl9000/mack ultraliner

the nowdays australian version of kenworth k100 still doesnt have cab suspension only some rubber blocks on the rear ...

I used to drive FLA, KW k100 and 9600. I douldnt say visibility is poor. not so bad. But tunnel is really big! and driver's floor is high.

cab suspention rear only, so runs a bit rought but you cant feel it on German and France roads. But on poor Russian roads it is the problem

bad news.... as I can see old US cabins are dangerouse in accidents. Volvo F-series cabs, MAN and Mercedes cabs are much better. I cant remember old US cabover with safe cab.

Yep, Argosy cab is good (made in cooperation with guys who made Actroc cabin), and new 9600i and 9800i are good, but nol old ones.

I wanna remind you Terminator movie with FLA chase. I've seen the same cobover crash scenes (but no fire usually), and it is forcemeat and blood inside usually.

The first one looks like it's got a lot of room inside. Any pics of what it would look like inside.
