    does anybody know if the isx egr valve is variable or if it is either one of 2 positions, open or closed. and if so what voltage is required to open and close the valve?

    It is EXTREMELY variable, there is probably 100 positions it can be set at. But... zero volts make it close :biggrin_1square11:

    Thanks.
    I get a mecanical fault, the voltage drops from around 14 volts to near 12 volts then the fault gets logged then once the fault is logged. the voltage returns to 14 volts.

    Did you see any improvements after this mode and what is that tube where you installed that plate for ? I only had my valve disconnected . Any help would be appreciated.
