    um no....if someone walks in to my company, clean and otherwise decent, i dont know thier personal habits. i have yet to see a company do hygene serches of thier trucks, although they should everytime they come into a home terminal. just like home owners renting out homes, they dont know what the ppl are gonna do in the home...

    the fact is, it isn't against the law nor is it in the labor laws that you can't be hired for being nasty. That is just people. Im just not going to touch it. It isn't Schneiders fault that they hired this slob. They never asked about his personal hygiene, in fact, if they did and didn't hire him THAT is against the law.

    and even if the companies come out and ask, "on a level of 1-10, how do you rate your cleanliness", do you really think someone will admitt to being a slob lol. i dont think so....

    I was venting about a PERSON. Some people love to find reasons to bash a company on these forums. Im completely happy with SNI, even IF they can't find me a decent truck ATM.
