.....Looking at my Registration it still states I'm registered for 15, 000kgs

I'm so confused now - I'm thinking SHE just didn't charge me the amount she was supposed to charge me - I think she drastically under charged me. Looking back I kind of had a feeling she was new at her job.

Guess you need to start rethinking your costs then and be prepared to pay the difference if they catch it when you renew your plates

Oh I'm not worried about that - this year has been a very generous year for all the work I am putting in - my accounts are sitting in the good.

I'm young and can push myself 7 days a week so I will do that as much as I can!

Dont forget to add in the return trip time....a 350 mi trip = a 700 mi trip.

You would think that when they reconsile their paperwork @ the end of the day, week, month that this would have jumped out @ them. Hard to believe in this day and age that an error of that magnitude can happen.

Registries in Alberta were privatized some time ago, so the level of competency can vary widely. I have caught mistakes made on vehicle registrations and other documents from time-to-time. Overall though, I like the current process better than when such functions were handled exclusively by government offices.
