Anyone familiar with this division? Heard from a driver that it pays .50cpm to teams... Just curious and thought I would start a thread about it.

    Peace...

We are on the reefer board. Pay is the same, .48 but the miles are awesome.

Ran into a couple I did orientation with. They are now on reefer side but also switched to lease. They are loving it.

The pay is the same but the miles are the best in the company.

    SheepDog Thanks this.

Also one of the advantages is you can run both dry van and refer.

So how does one get on the reefer side? I don't think my co-driver could handle it, but I'd like to keep it mind for future reference.
