Yes because I have yet to get a multistop load where I have been able to show up to every stop on time. Normally I can't get past the 2nd stop and the rest are late because planner's don't plan accordingly assuming it will take an hour to unload when it really took 3 hour's, close up, get the bill's and drive another hour to the next stop that's say 2 hour's away.
Another question is if everyone were running completely legal and compliant will raise rate's including pay, then by gawd why ain't we all doing so?
