Has any driver tried this? If so how is it working for you and how do you maintain the 500 calories a day on the road.. Been doing some research but would like to know if it worked for a fellow driver..

Good question,,,,,pray someone replies..

Have to be honest, I don't think it would be wise for a driver to be on HCG. Food gives you energy, cutting your calories that low is going to make you dog tired, which most of you already work your rears off in the first place. Just my opinion after years of dieting. I cut carbs out and get good results, but everyone is different.
SheepDog Thanks this. -
started it last week. i felt very dizzy and lightheaded before lunch and before dinner, it was quite scary. although..it goes to show how we cant even wait 4 hrs to shove something in our mouths.its a huge challenge and i'm feeling less hunger pains and lightheaded every day. so im hoping next week will be easier.

You may want to read into it a bit, about the FDA declaring over the counter hCG diet products fraudulent and illegal, as of December 6, 2011.
If you want to be healthy while on the road, look into eating a paleolithic diet, or a slow carb diet. -
Yep, doing something like that might make your body start feeding off muscle instead of your fat reserve. Not good.
Any good diet is a long and slow process to be healthy. These lose weight quick schemes are no good for you. It took awhile to put it on. It takes awhile to take it off. -
Nah, it can come off quickly, and in a healthy manner. However too many people are unwilling to do simple things like stay away from grains and dairy. -
i dont listen to the fda, they're about the biggest fraud...they had no good reasoning to close the hcg labs. besides that the calorie intake wasnt good. but the woman saying that on the fda video looked obese, so i can understand. but i dont listen to obese people give me nutritional advice. i got mine from a health food store. so its not the synthetic crap that the doctors try to sell. actually , i lost 10 lbs in a week.i just learned to eat more lettuce and stay away from fats for a bit. i have been eating good, healthy, organic, food for the paste 2 yrs. yeah i look better, and my skin and complexion and inner feeling of health is better, but im still 190 lbs, because i sit 12 hours a day. (well now im 180) and every hour and half i felt the urge to snack(even on healthy food). this hcg has taught me to eat at mealtime, and thats it. (besides an apple in between, when i feel like i need it)theres all kinds of people that only eat vegetables , fruit and fish. its not gonna kill us. we just need to keep crap out of our mouths...if we're gonna work a job that restricts our movement for hours on end. besides i have about 20-30 lbs of waste fat....that i can live on .

When I was working at a hospital, many nurses were using HCG-based weight-loss plans, but they all started gaining it back after they cut the HCG.
I've had good results with Atkins, lot's of energy and never hungry. Also good results with cutting the starchy carbs and adding some cardio and pushups/squats. -
Ok, I finally started two weeks ago almost 3 and I love it. I was 296 when I started and I just weighed myself and I'm at 275. I'm definately down at least one pant size too. I haven't had any issues with hunger or energy. The only time I was hungry was when it was time to eat and I didn't even feel like I was starving.
