I think anybody who teams is nuts....

Just my opinion but man, I dont know how you do it.

Ive done it a few times, but only to cover a run out to Commiefornia and back....No matter how much me and the codriver liked each other when we started, we hated each other by the time the trip was over!

You left out some folks who also deserve recognition! The idiot who "randomly selects" just you every month to donate urine at a collection point miles from the nearest place where you can legally park. The log auditor who, despite using a sophisticated computer program, still writes you up for using the split sleeper berth option correctly. But this week's winner has to be the idiot who backs in next to you at 3 in the morning, refer running full tilt, while you are sleeping with the windows open, 200 yards from the nearest truck on the back row. "Hello, safety? Would it be possible to leave this months' random sample on the door handle of this truck that just parked next to me?" Make good choices

Drivers complain about anything and everything.
    Its impossible to please them.
    They want everything for nothing.
    I know I tried.
I tried to reward my drivers by lessening their work load.
I gave my 5 best drivers automated gear boxes.
    The 5 next best I gave 10spd's.
The others still had to slave away shifting 18.
Not one single , thanks boss , we appreciate the recognition.
    Nada.
They even started to complain about being rewarded.
