schneider DBL

    Just wondering who else calls there BDL with there dbl number and ends up with some other dbl, seems like every time i call i get a different dbl who is in a really crappy mood and just has to take it out on you, plus talkin to more then one dbl they always give you different info then what your dbl did thats just wrong, when i call all i want to do is talk to my person no one else, some how they need to fix this... anyone else have the same problem

    then it switched to a her. if you want a direct connect just dial 920- then your 7 digit dbl extension 920 is green bays area code and it will dial straight to the dbl well at least it did on my dedicated route even though she was in Nashville.

    Wht TennMan said is right - if you direct dial your dbls extension you will get your dbl unless:
    -Your DBL already has two calls on his line
    -Your DBL is not on duty (lunch, meeting with his boss, after hours etc)

    If one of the above happen then you will be routed to another member of the regional ops staff. Most of them SHOULD be able to help. If you need your dbl you can have them send a message telling your dbl to return your call, or just call back.
