Same here, Matt. Like I said, I'm a pretty fat guy, but I WON'T be like that lazy ###, and I WON'T be one of those truckers that give the industry a bad name. In fact, if anything, I'm betting that I can lose weight driving!

 

Me and you both, I don't know how I am going to manage it but I want to drop at least 20 pounds my first 3-6 months in trucking.

 

Eating out is ok, but not 5 times a week. Keep a fridge it your truck and you will be ok. Not only will you save $ but, you will keep the weight off.

 

Salad bar.

 

My biggest problem is boredom. I have no job, I live in the middle of BFE, I have no friends and nothing to do.

I'm hoping I can make keto work on the road, too.

Saw this one at the pilot in Monee. The Ozark truck was sitting in fuel lane waiting to pull into pumps. Gold truck went to pull in next to him but just forgot how long his nose was.

 

He didn't forget how long his nose was. He just had to go to the bathroom REALLY bad. I can always count on CRST for a laugh or two once in a while....

 

Really I own a pair of coveralls, i grease my truck form front to back twice a month, I,m also able to squat, and or bend at the wasit and knees to see everything i need to inspect, even a brand new truck can get you tickets, so check your ride daily.
