You won't be employed by BLM but rather by the company known as "SAFECO". You will not have an employer/emplyee relationship with BLM. BLM can fire you without cause or severance pay(if you work there long enough to warrant it).

Safeco is an umbrella company that handles all hiring for the BLM group. If you get fired by BLM,safeco will simply offer you a different job within the group of companies you simply wouldn't want in the hope you quit and everyone at BLM and safeco is off the hook for any obligations under the labor code.

Stay clear of BLM for this reason......they take full advantage of the setup.

If you inquire about employment at any company and they refer you to "safeco",it is a BLM subsidiary.

Wrong. Safeco has its own seperate building. They have never had offices in the BLM building.

Obviously you misunderstood me....I'll explain it.

You have NO RELATIONSHIP with the carrier. NO LEGAL rights. YOU DONT WORK FOR THEM. You work for safeco.

And WHO owns all the companies??

Safeco did (maybe they still do) have offices in the BLM building, I should know I interviewed for a job there with Jed many years ago!
