I have no problem with this law......it's about time for it

 

I think it should be for ALL DRIVERS, including the police.

Otherwise, it is not for safety, but revenue.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, there is ZERO reason for a LEO to be TEXTING WHILE DRIVING.

 

Couple flaws with your thoughts.

1) It can only generate revenue from those stupid enough to break the regulation.

2) The FMCSA has no authority over anyone other than Interstate Carriers. That being fact makes it completely absurd to whine that Officers are not part of said regulation.

3) You as a free man of the state you reside in can contact your elected officials to address these concerns you have about others actions.

The government idiots who bj each other need to focus on more important things to do. How many people were out of jobs and still are? How many families can not afford to pay their everyday bills

What right do my servants have in telling me what to do? - I pay them to make economic improvements as well as do road repairs and keep the boarders safe. What right do they have in taking my taxed dollars and sending troops where they should nat have been send? What right do they have in taking my taxed dollars and sticking it up their but holes instead of fixing the roads I drive on? What right do they have in using my money for their needs? What right do they have in allowing of the increased tolls? - isn't that what the ifta and fuel tax is for? - idiots. I guess I'll just keep on fueling with red fuel and adding black dye into it. I guess I'll pay less taxes by using the same loopholes the government uses. If I'll see dirty ###### Obama I will make him pay.
