i dont know but fines are big if you dont have winter tires if you try to get in A/D they will inspect for them -
I know it's reported that 8/10 truck accidents in Norway (Sweden and Finland is so bad to say where the truck is from) are caused by east Europeans in the winter. And there are a lot of them. So you may understand the discussion about ban and those stuff. Accidents happen but when families have to fear for there life every time they meet a est, pol, ltv, rus and so on it's gone to far.
All in all I just had so fun when a truck only gets 50m from the yard before they get stuck -
Here in Holland we use alot of terberg and ginaf. They got prety good stuff.
Terberg is with Volvo cabs and ginaf with Daf cabs.

i heard that 90% off all accidents in norway are caused by 2axle trucks
is it problem because it is 2axle
or since we from outside of scandinavia all use 2axle maybe is reason that drivers are not enough experienced on snow or reason is because of summer tires or wrong chains -

are they continue to build trucks for NL with daf engines/cabs -
ginaf use daf engines zf gearboxes
axles are from different manufactures like rockwell meritor sisu
terberg use volvo engines but with zf gearboxes axles are from same choice as on ginaf
both of them build self chassis
5axle can be legal up to 50t (110 000lbs)
4axle up to 43t for 8x6 (95000lbs) or 44t for 8x8( 97000lbs)
6axle can be 60t or 132000lbs technical weight is 75ton ( 165 500lbs)
strongest ginaf can weight up to 80ton (176500lbs)
