#1 Rule always keep an extra set of bills in you truck. Sign bills shipper refuse to sign take a picture of the freight on their dock and tell them bye. Once they unloaded it its theirs they are responsable for it. I had trouble with a place told me they wasnt going to unload until I pay I told it was listed as prepaid they said it wasnt I ask for the bills back and told them I dont pay lumper fee unless the shipper or broker list it on the rate sheet that I will be reimburst. But after I pulled out and closed my doors they had a change of heart

Thanks I believe tha this is what PTL had in mind when they didn,t pay. The person in charge of the lumping service said they would just take it off freight bill, and at 17:15 Ptl sent the money after place had closed. Thanks again.
