I read this and this, and placed one hand sideways between my eyes and with the other I tried to use the index and middle finger to poke my eyes out while saying ...... "nyak nyak nyak"

I think the best thing to do is start at page 1 of this thread and start reading. This is not to blow you off but you will gain an understanding of the training and what is expected of the drivers at Stevens. You will find fans and haters of every trucking company out there, use the information given by the Stevens drivers to draw your OWN conclusions. Good luck.

I was 5 hours short of my 34 when I finally left at 0330 this morning. I drove 642 miles today...no small feat with a 62mph truck that doesn't have cruise control. I delivered the load this evening, and made it to the Flying J with 1 minute on my 11 and 6 minutes on my 14. Needless to say, but I'm beat.

925 miles so far this week...I'm really starting not to like this computerized dispatch. I really hope I get a good run tomorrow or this week is going to suck.
