    Did you just offer to pay the cost or did your employer hint that your job may depend on you doing so? That's one of the perks of being a company driver and one of the downsides to hiring drivers, IMO that liability should not be yours to shoulder.

    450k miles for average power divider life? don't tell my old man that, 1.6 million, never been touched, other than changing lube. Hopefully you don't have to pay the bill? If that's case you might as well own your own equipment if you have to pay to keep it going! Good luck.
