MY house/family are in Fort Worth, I tried to get on here in the Dallas/Fort Worth area but never could get on, so I went to South Texas. I now work one 15 day hitch hauling in South Texas, then the next hitch hauling in Williston, ND.

I started in August as an Equipment Operator 1, we work 18 hour shifts every day (when NOT driving). We are averaging 110-120 hours per week FWIW. Im clearing (taking home) over $1500 per week fwiw. I got on with a service company doing FRAC-ing.

Basically I never did get over time like they said when hiring me. My pay was always short and would have to ask them to review it. I was told we would get over time but when I left only had 2 days work in 2 weeks. I can't live without pay checks. It was to expensive paying for my place and then paying for familys place too with out the over time and then one or 2 days pay.

If they would have told me they weren't really up and running until after the first of the year it might have been different. I could have gone into knowing I wouldn't be getting much pay to begin with. I don't know at this moment if they ever did get going like they kept saying. A few of us gave up on it we just had lost faith if they were going to keep on playing games or what. I hope things finally did get going I just couldn't hope and wait on them. I am working for Shaffer now.

    regdawg1 Thanks this.
