I really wouldn`t worry about it. I have seen many buildings hit, and drivers not got in any trouble. Offering to pay for it, is never a good idea. But this is minor. You should still be O.K.

It happens don't worry about something you no longer have control over to much
-
If your truck says Werner on it, they pretty much expect it. Dont worry.
-
What a d-bag... he'd rather see you in trouble. I hate guys like this.dirtyjerz Thanks this.

I guess im not I'm probatory since I just got my truck, 2 weeks ago my trainee report cart was all 3's only one 2 and it was for backing,

No damage on the truck or trailer, the total fixing for the fence should be under 40 dollars

Its good you took pictures, it sucks the manager is a &!€{ call safety anytime, no matter how minor, right away. CYA as much as possible. And GOAL next (and every) time.

If that is the worst thing that happens to you this year, you have done well.Keep your chin up.
Kansas Thanks this. -
This makes me wonder - damage to the fence would not necessarily damage the truck. What if the manager claimed that you were the one that damaged the fence when in reality another driver backed into it last week? How would you defend against that?
airforcetoo Thanks this.
