    Seems to me that getting a rental truck is far better than sitting around (not getting paid) for weeks waiting for a company truck to be turned in or abandoned, which is the way most of these big companies operate these days.

    WEL has some decent trucks. He's a rookie. Imagine starting out at Werner or something where they don't clean the trucks, whatever the last driver did to it in that truck, you'll know about it. We all didn't start out in Pete 379 extended hoods with chrome and chicken lights.

    i had a great truck for the most part, it was a 09 t660 but anyone new coming in will get rental trucks, they continue to bring 10-14 people a week in with no where to stick them, and like i said the miles are not there. so i left and found a job that is a dream job with another company that is real small
