Good advice. Once the smoke starts coming out of the wires, its hard to get it back in!!!!
Seriously, if its just the noise bothering you, they usually have a single auxiliary speaker, just unplug itdaslme Thanks this. -
I'll check the door speaker. If the radio don't go thru it the speaker will be disconnected. thanks for the thought.

Disconnecting the speaker is a temp fix. I would still go the extra effort of removing the whole qualcomm system. I'm not a expert on them, except for ripping them out (literally). That's another whole story. My point is, you don't want that draining on your electrical system.

His next post will be help truck won,t start, lol
SHC and rookietrucker Thank this. -
If you look in the fuse box there will be two fusible links that were part of the qualcomm wiring. One of them will go to the ignition pin of the the power bus, the other one will go to a constantly powered pin. Pull either one and you will be fine. You could also pull out the radio and unhook the wire that is tapped into the left front speaker wire.
rookietrucker, SHC and daslme Thank this. -
Thanks OldMack just the information I was looking for. I got the truck started how do I make it move? LOL.....
