    It amazes me at how many people want the pill, instead of just eating healthy and exercising.

    I wasn't going to respond but I feel this needs to be said.
    Instead of being negative on ones effort how about some encouragement to take the initiative to try and do something healthy. Doing this diet has actually taught me a lot about healthier food options on the road and where to look for them. Also it's not some magic pill or drops, you still have to work the program for it to work. When the program is over I now know how to eat and live healthier out here. I actually feel good and have a lot more energy and most of all, I'm proud of myself for doing this. It shouldn't matter how a person decides to start a healthier lifestyle at least they are doing something about it and others should support and encourage them.

    If you want encouragement for being on a restrictive diet that cannot, and will not maintain good health, don't look at my posts. I can teach you what to eat on the road, and what exercise to do, and it can be done whether trying to lose weight, or not, because it's HEALTHY. 500 calories a day IS NOT HEALTHY!!! END OF STORY!!!

    And yes, it DOES matter how one starts a healthier lifestyle. It has to actually be a healthier lifestyle. HCG and a restrictive diet ARE NOT a healthy lifestyle, and do NOTHING to teach you how to maintain a desirable weight once it is achieved.

    So, how about you do more reading into things like a Paleo diet, which is easily one of the, if not THE healthiest way to eat, and very easy to do. Or the Slow Carb diet, which allows a cheat day once a week to eat the foods you may crave, and still keep loosing weight and gaining muscle?

    No, I will NOT encourage you, or anyone else, to follow what you're following. I will discourage it any time I see it.
