If any of the wires are broke on the Boost Sensor what affect will it have on the engines performance?

Ok, thanks! Haven't got any codes, just isn't pulling as good and seems alot louder and can feel a miss.
Took the top off of motor today a found broken wire on the wiring harness that inside the motor that goes to the actuators and injectors. Can't figure out how to take the wiring harness out to replace it. Do you know how? If so can you please explain the steps? My wife and I have been off work for 3 months sick really need to do the repair myself if possible.
    Thanks for replying!!!

you'll need to remove the valve cover spacer plate to access the wiring harness

the wiring harness plugs at the valve cover spacer, you'll have to unclip the wiring harness plugs, remove valve covers. remove the valve cover spacer, flip it upside down and remove the bolts holding the clips that hold the wiring harness in place. The new harness will come with the injectors marked as to which injector to install it on. the jakes are fairly self explanatory. The VVA's should be marked, but I can't tell you for certain. When you re install the bolts holding the wiring harness to the spacer remember to use Locktite on the bolts. Clean the bolts and bolt holes to make sure there is no oil or debris present on or in the threads.

The valve covers and the valve cover spacer have reusable rubber seals and gaskets. Also with the Acert engines you will have an oil line feeding the VVAs. You'll need to disconnect it. When reinstalling the spacer I always use a small amount of anti-seize on the bolts holding the spacer down to the head. When tightening the bolts on the spacer start in the center of the spacer and work out in each direction alternating from one side of the engine to the other. Same thing with the valve covers.
