    Accepted a position today with the intermodal division. Scheduled to go to Chicago on Feb 12 for "training".

    Well, change of plans.

    I was just about to walk out the door to take my DOT physical and drug screen for Schneider when the phone rang. It was the company that I have been trying to get on with for quite a while. They offered me a position so I decided to go with them instead of Schneider.

    I called the recruiter at Schneider and told her what was going on. She was as nice as she could be and told me that I am welcome to Schneider at any time.

    So far from what I have experienced with Schneider, I have to say that I am very impressed. Much better than where I just left!
