No Blue Beacon there. Closest truck wash that I know of is as at the Pilot just off exit 100 (I think that's the exit number). At the Scranton Petro, the food is usually pretty good, the store is well stocked, and they seem to have gotten rid of their lot lizard problem.

You can park for free out front. You'll see trucks parked there when you come in. If you are going to fuel then you can park for free then too. I seem to remember something about parking for free if you buy dinner at the restaurant but not positive on that.

I haven't seen them even use the parking gates the last few times I was there, but most places that charge for parking will let you stay for free if you buy more than 50 gallons of fuel, or spend more than $20 inside.

They do not charge to park anymore
