Be careful with MBI. Another poster on a hub that i am following wanted to hire on there as a mechanic. A friend worked there and liked it. (i think the friend was a driver)
He applied and was on the brink of giving notice but ended up getting jacked all around by them. He couldn't really get a straight answer out of anyone about housing and such, everytime it was a different response or no call back at all. Yet they were pressuring him to move forward.
They were bought out by someone so maybe they are having reorganizing pains but this poster backed out of it... to unstable... -
You are correct. MBI is really having some growing pains. They are still a very reputable company in ND but they are expanding into TX, PA, and WY. They might be biting off more than they can chew.

Power Fuels
EnerMax
MBI - formerly Missouri Basin Well Serivce
Pro Frac
BOH (Bar Over Hat) - More a broker than a trucking company. The others
all run and own their own trucks too.
These guys are all taking water haulers. I'd start at the top and work down. The rate would be around $100-$110. Enermax pays every other week. Some of the others only pay when they get paid which could be 45,60,90 days.... I don't know when Power Fuels pays but I believe pro frac and BOH pay when they get paid.JimBob24 Thanks this.
