Got unloaded when night crew came in. Heading up to Reed City in the morning. Figure I might as well complete a 34 here since I don't have a load assignment yet.
-
Made it to Manassas, VA from Richmond, VA....a whole whopping around 200 mile trip. Delivering at the Kraft DC here. I drove in and had no problems whatsoever! Woot!!!! (Now to see if I can bump the door when it is our time....)

Safety first. However he should have been long gone before that mess occured.
I went from taking a break 4 hours behind him Friday evening to rolling 6 hours ahead him on into Utah by this afternoon. Very little snow... and definantly not sticking.
Time management, staying on top of the weather forecast, and road reports people! Get what you can get, while you can get it.

Running with the sun can be fun, but sometimes you got to get up earlier and run harder to get ahead of the mess...
He's got me on an ignore list, so he wont even see either post and know he messed up. Hope he delivers on time, and if not his FM doesnt figure it out.

Actually he requested off the truck, Called ma an a--hole because of two things. 1. I asked him to eat in the passenger seat and not on my bunk, (didn't want food spilled on it). 2. while I was fueling he decided to go sit in the restaurant for a hot meal instead of getting food and coming back to the truck. Nice guy, decent driver. But went apes--- when I asked what he was doing. Fuel island is not the place to park for a restaraunt break especially when one isn't planned. He wanted sit down meals every night, Not gonna happen. Follow your trainers lead, ask alot of questions,
don't assume
