hey bigshot.... 1st of all he said he had never slid a fifth wheel, he did not know how....BUT HE WOULD FIGURE IT OUT, an he did as it is not rocket science, why would he ask office jockeys who cant even anser a phone how to do anything....yes he is new an trying to do a good job,an he was laughed at ! such a attitude is why you cant an wont keep drivers....if he was a seasoned driver he would have told them to shove the swap when other driver rolled up without a mudflap being how it goes on csa an is about 150 buck fine
an a just becuz night dispatchers have drove......dont make them DRIVERS

 

So select stay which night dispatcher are you? Only ask as in a 1 year time you posted 4 times. All about jbs being the best company around. Also last year you posted that you drove for 9 years and now you say you drove for 9 years. Now don't be mad at a driver for saying something about night dispatch as I can tell you did. You haven't said anything in a year until someone said something about night dispatch. Better yet help driver that are trying to call needing help and leave this thread for the drivers as it was meant for.

 

You would think since the mods come on here and delete posts,they would fix the thread instead of making ppl search for it.

Wonderful, I start my cdl school monday and then off to JBS for Orientation, I am excited and hopeful. I had to start a new ID, I forgot my password, this was and is cmack

 

When I was a driver for JBS, I dont know how many time another JBS driver asked for some type of help. Some needed help with Qualcomm, couple with paper work, truck problems, even had to help a driver adjust tandems. Everyone at some time in their jobs needs some type of assistantes, no one knows everything about their job (with the exception of select stay) remember, if the drivers have no confindance in you as a dispatcher, the driver will not have trust in you either.

 

Could be judging by typing skills...lol
