That makes you part of the problem. Frankly, that's somewhat disappointing coming from a driver with 10 years experience.

Some pilots and sky hooks accept visa at the pump now.
But this guy was using his Comdata card, using e logs, and had no reason to go back and forth so many times just to purchase a few gallons of fuel.Red Hot Mess Thanks this. -
what rules, drivers have no respect anymore for there fellow drivers, they have a mind set of its all about me and the hell with everybody else
Red Hot Mess, DrtyDiesel, Everett and 1 other person Thank this. -
Boo Hoo. Last time I fueled at a major chain was 6/25/2011 at a Pilot. The time before that was 6/22/2010 at a Flying J. I'm not a part of any of your problems.

I Agree completely, I have seen this mindset happening, not just in the trucking industry but across the country everything from Walmart to restraunts, etc. It is now a Me, Me, Me world and to Hell with everybody else. Makes me miss the good ole days when Common Sence and Respect, and Human being treated each other as they wanted themselves to be treated. Manners are out the door as well. People do not say Excuse me anymore, they just push you out of the way if they can. I wont even go on other subjects such as restrooms, etc. It is funny how quick this seemed to have happened. Makes me want to smack people on the back of the head. Give people the "Gibbs love tap" From NCIS. Wake Up America!!!!
Everett, Red Hot Mess, DrtyDiesel and 2 others Thank this. -

In 8th grade pre-algebra class my teacher told our class something that would resonate with me all through middle school, high school and college. He said that in regards to receiving a bad test score, the poor performance and average students will blame the teacher for not going over the material. The exceptional and above-average students will blame themselves for not studying enough.Working Class Patriot, dracon, 48Packard and 1 other person Thank this.

Most of the time, about 99%, I fuel at the shop. This week had to fuel at the Plaza-Go on K-96 hwy, South Hutchinson. I done a big, no-no. I didn't pull forward when I went inside to pay, AND I picked up a sandwich and chips for my lunch.

Hey, there was only 1 other truck fueling out of the 7 or 8 islands, and I took 30 seconds to get my lunch..
