JBS Carriers Greeley Colorado

NO I didn't do any endorsments.. not ready for that. I had to do my DOT.. found out I needed glasses, so had to go buy some.. which took a day.. started that Thursday.. picked them up Friday.. my day started running from Westminster all the way over to Quebec to get glasses, and retake my vision test. run over to DMV in Northglen and WAIT... It was so hard to try and concentrate on the test when the place was packed full of people ... Noisy as hell! Did you have trouble with the weights? What else should I know about? I am pretty healthy as far as I know... but guess we shall see how much weight I can lift, I don't think I will have a problem.

 

You want to be at the Northglen DMV at least 15 minutes prior to opening if you want to get through in a timely manner. Been there, done that. Ain't got any better over time.

 

Well things didn't work out as planned, had to wait till 11:30 to get my glasses.. pass DOT then run over there... it was a very long day, but I made it through and my brain can finally relax. All that information is now gone, lol

 

Well I am sitting in Shepherdsville, KY I deliver Tomorrow Night at 2200 32 hours after I got here, either way I am going to give some of you a real good laugh now.....

In Route to KY I left Dallas, via I 30 which as we all know goes through Mt Vernon Texas, which now seems the local Loves is a JBS Hang out for all the "new" Dedicated folks who used to work for the other company ( I won't bash the other company but I know now why they are not there anymore.)
Well I stop get my 40 gallons of fuel run inside grab a gallon of oil and when I return there are two phucktards standing near my truck, I Proceed to add oil to my engine as needed. (Hope the two turds read this forum as frankly those two jackoffs with their 2 weeks in at JBS Can kiss my lily white arse) But unbeknownst to myself these two begin to educate me about JBS Carriers, and that they Former drivers of unsaid company are they "Shiznit" ask me "are you a regional driver?" to which I respond no, to which I get more of an education from them about a bunch of useless BS, and misinformation that someone has spewed into the vacant space between their ears.
I finish close my hood and inform them in not such a nice way that they are full of cow manure and that I do not have time to stand around BS'in with them. As much as I seemed to be a peckerwood by being rude, I have come to one conclusion I really feel for those guys who have been down there in Texas before these Morons came along.

It was bad enough that when I was coming out of Rockwall and passed a JBS Truck outside a construction zone he decides to rant on the radio that he is calling safety on me, and that he has and shoots off my truck number, he had it and in my typical fashion I proceeded to tell this goofy looking sob to kiss my backside in as many ways as I could, along with a nice invitation to discuss this as two men should, needless to say he pulled in behind me in Mt Pleasant, pulled up to the pump beside me, looked at the truck, looked at me and drove right out.. Which any of you who have met me know I am a sawed off short fella and I ain't real big. Hell I don't even look mean I am a 40something Grandparent, who just thinks that some (ok most) JBS Drivers hired in the last 12 months are a bunch of Booger Eating, Window Licking Crayon Stealing #######. ( No disrespect to the Mentally Challenged) but wholly batcrap WTF are we hiring, things ain't right when some dingleberry has been here for 2 weeks has the nerve to walk up to a complete stranger who works for the same company and spout off a bunch of BS.
Had either of the two known who, what or why or the putz who said he was going to call in known anything about how my day was going. They would have simply stayed the hell away.
At that point I had listened to my Loving Wife give me the Third Degree about my check, and how much she Despises the new "Management" and their inability to run JBS drivers like it was over a year ago....
So Now that you are all laughing and agreeing, for those of you who are wondering is Doc Happy HELL no I aint happy Momma Aint Happy....
It has it's ups and downs, and I know this time of year is slow but wholly chicken wings, BROKERED FREIGHT That is CHEAP AND HEAVY as a substitute after sitting 2 days, I could have killed enough #### chickens to fill a trailer...

Just Saying READ all of the thread, all 500 plus pages, Make your own deduction the only difference between JBS and most companies, The color of the truck, oh and you can EAT your boogers, steal the crayons, lick the windows and still get a job.....

 

Ahhh, come on Doc and tell us how you really feel. I really get a kick out of you when you go on a tear. You tend to speak the truth and let the chips fall where they will. Good for you!!!!!!

They Could not get things done in a timely Fashion, So we fire KLLM and hire the drivers makes a lot of sense huh...
Lose the trucks hire the morons who drove them ..... Another Brainfart.... Wonder which booger eater in the office made the decision to hire them... Someone trying to hit numbers to impress the new boss probably same dimwhit who decides to fire DM and make them Load planners screw up in the office get a promotion.. Do a good job as a driver be told be "glad you have a job" what a discombobulation.

 

i don't work for jbs,though until a few weeks ago,i was thinking about it.but you guys in tx. that are getting reamed down there,did you volunteer for it?or did they stick you down there?seems to me you guys oughta be hourly,or a flat day rate.just my 2 cents worth.

 

Makes perfect sense that's why these office people make more money then us because they make smart decisions like that.(Joking of course) alll that college education but not one ounce of common sense in any of these office morons.

 

Now you see why I no longer work for JBS. Some of the drivers doing their best in doing a good job. But the office staff screwing it up. Always reading here hoping it gets back to the good for you guy and gals but as I read I am glad I decided to move on.
