I installed a lipe clutch 2 years ago. Love this thing haven't had a bit of trouble with it. Took my motor out and found that me face plate on the throw out bearing had come loose and the bushing in side had slid out. Call my distributor and the cant just sell my a bearing. Any idea of a replacement? Clutch is In great condition other then that

Try a bearing supply retailer near you. When I need a bearing for just about anything, I go to Standard Bearing in Des Moines, IA near me. If a place like this doesn't have the bearing, or can't get it, then it is not being made anymore!

I know this is an old thread but I thought the content was in my topic of question. PDI vs Lipe clutch. I have a c15 cat in my Peterbilt with 18 speed trans. I have bumped up my factory 625 HP to now getting 675+ at back wheels and 2250+ torque. I feel a shudder/vibration when I start to pull a hill in 18th gear. Speedometer does a little jumping also. Am I over doing my old factory 2050 clutch? Any one have any preference or experience with lipe or pdi clutches?
