The problem with that is I like this current job to much to up and quit until it is a for sure thing, you know? I dont see why I would not like it as an o/o. I have standards, I have worked out my numbers, I now just need the money to buy a truck which I have a large amount of money saved but I dont want to spend it on anything right now. I also dont have enough in my opinion to buy a truck and start out as an O/O, I want atleast 25K in reserve with a truck paid for in full. 25K for a truck and 25K set aside to start. Then just add add add to that and hopefully whichever truck I buy is good to me for a year or 2 until I can buy a newer truck that wont be as worn.

I would love to be that guy in his late 50s with a paid for new truck and new trailer that has everything covered under warranty, more money for retirement!!!

I try not to haul anything less than $2.00 a mile. I will though if it is going South.
No tolls, few traffic jams, flat roads, and no pissed off ugly talking Northern truck drivers.

    LSAgentOZR Thanks this.
