Thanks man using it now, I also have the truly unlimited plan, granfathered in been with them for 12 years.

 

Yes they watch bandwidth but if you stay under your cap it helps. I have a truly unlimited plan and use between 4-6 gigabytes a month. Have never got a notice on tethering my phone, only issue is that even with an unlimited plan all wireless carriers watch for unusual data usage. T/S WiFi I find useless.

 

I just do standard internet cruising(Facebook, truckers report etc), about hour a day before bed.

 

I did the Sprint plan for my internet. 62.00 a month tax, title and license. 3g or 4g where available. I am very happy with the coverage. I don't stream movies or anything but I do dl music.The speed is good for me.

If you with straight talk you gt unlimited web for $45 a month,but you buy the phone about 150 to 200. no contract.

 

I have the Straightalk plan on my phone. Coverage is great. I paid 50.00 for the phone. It is not an android or anything they are spendier.

 

There is a company out there called Millenicom that has unlimited GB monthly for 70.00 per mo. that uses a USB sat. hookup 4G/3G capable. It's an option if you do not want to tie up your phone or use up your data and run up a huge bill.
