Not a good idea because of the small space - doesn't take long for CO to build up.
You ever seen RV people? Its the worlds attempt to thin the herd and improve the gene pool!
That's to keep "momma" happy!
Some are vented better than others. A lot of it goes back to the restricted space in a sleeper.

i've used a butane burner in my truck well over 10 years with no issues,i mean boil a big pot of water for spaghetti, then sauce then meat.
-
butane is a risky maneuver...electric burner or skillet..also there is a product called a NuWave oven that works great.
-
because an RV has a roof vent...plus it uses natural gas,not butane. get an electric burner.
-
Where do you sit the 2 burner stove when cooking on it in the truck?
-
How ridiculous this is....now I'm anxious to get trained and on my own truck so I can start trying out some of these recipes.

After considering and numerous attempt I finally bought a roadpro portable stove/lunch box. Works pretty good so far, $29 +uncle sam fee at TA, comes with 3 disposable/reuseable foil loaf pans. Cook rice and broccoli with cheese first day, boil some hot dogs in it days later, and been cooking different items since. So far its worth the price, would be cheaper if I bought it online but would have to wait until home time to get it. Now I'm lookin into the two burner stove, saw some at walmart for $29 and the butane for $2.58 so I will be getting that next.
The roadpro stove plugs in the cig lighter (keep the truck running while its plugged in)
