How do I get IN base plate if I don't live in indiana? The mega companies do it how can the small o/o get it?

Mega companies do it because they have a base of operation there. You can't do it legally without having your business based there.

I came across a couple companies that claimed to have a way to do it (I'm based in IL) but learned that IN IRP are aware of these companies and have stopped issuing plates to these addresses.
