Lease or company, you're not getting paid if the wheels aren't turning. If you take a week off, you just sacrificed a settlement. I usually run the first part of the week (new week starts Wednesdays) and then take the weekend. Come back out Monday - usually gives me enough revenue to have a positive settlement after paying the fixed costs.

Well, if you get tired of throwing around 100# tarps :biggrin_25513: you could always just learn to back up instead :yes2557: and join the refridgerated division. :biggrin_2559:

I use to haul beer and they would not leave 1 single can on the trailer:biggrin_25510: i don't drink beer, so it was not a big deal for me.:biggrin_25519: Now if they leave a few cases of soda on the trailer, they will be in the cab of my truck:yes2557:

Learn to back huh? I would wager yall couldnt make some of the backs flatbed has to make. Its not the same when you have a spread axle. Course, you wouldnt know about that.
